REPRESENTATION / OTHER AGREEMENTS. An Employee or group of Employees within the Union Certification shall not undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the College without the proper authorization of the Union. The College shall not undertake to bargain or enter into any agreement with an individual employee or group of employees. The College shall transact business related to its membership through the Union Standing Committee.
