Reprimand The. Works Co-ordinator or Works Manager, reprimands the employee for not performing his or her duties satisfactorily. A record will be kept of the date of the reprimand and any further reprimands that take place and if the employee’s performance does not improve, the Works Co-ordinator will report the matter to the Works Manager.
