Request for Borrowing or Issuance of Letter of Credit. With respect to any Loan, the Administrative Agent shall have received a duly executed Notice of Borrowing (or, in the case of Swing Loans, a duly executed Swing Loan Request), and, with respect to any Letter of Credit, the Administrative Agent and the Issuer shall have received a duly executed Letter of Credit Request.
Request for Borrowing or Issuance of Letter of Credit. With respect to any Loan, the Agent shall have received a duly executed Borrowing Request, and, with respect to any Letter of Credit, the Agent and the relevant Issuing Bank shall have received a request for a Letter of Credit complying with Section 2.04.
Request for Borrowing or Issuance of Letter of Credit. With respect to any Loan, the Administrative Agent (and, with respect to Swing Line Loans, the Swing Line Lender and, with respect to Local Loans, the relevant Local Fronting Lender) shall have received a duly executed Notice of Borrowing (or, in the case of Swing Line Loans, a duly executed Swing Line Loan Request), and, with respect to any Letter of Credit, the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Lender shall have received a duly executed Application.
Request for Borrowing or Issuance of Letter of Credit. (i) With respect to any Loan, the Administrative Agent shall have received a duly executed Dollar Revolving Loan Notice, Multicurrency Revolving Loan Notice, Tranche A Term Loan Interest Rate Selection Notice, Tranche B Term Loan Interest Rate Selection Notice or Swing Line Loan Notice, as the case may be, and (ii) with respect to any Letter of Credit, the Administrative Agent and the L/C Issuer shall have received a duly executed Letter of Credit Application.
Request for Borrowing or Issuance of Letter of Credit. (i) With respect to any Loan (other than a Foreign Currency Loan), the Administrative Agent shall have received a duly executed Revolving Loan Notice, Term Loan Interest Rate Selection Notice, Swing Line Loan Notice, as the case may be, (ii) with respect to any Foreign Currency Loan, the Foreign Currency Fronting Lender and the Administrative Agent shall have received a duly executed Foreign Currency Loan Notice, and (iii) with respect to any Letter of Credit, the Administrative Agent and the L/C Issuer shall have received a duly executed Letter of Credit Application.
Request for Borrowing or Issuance of Letter of Credit. With respect to any Loan, the Lender shall have received a duly executed Notice of Borrowing and, with respect to any Letter of Credit, the Lender shall have received a duly executed Letter of Credit Request.
Request for Borrowing or Issuance of Letter of Credit. With respect to any Loan, the Applicable Facility Agents shall have received a duly executed Notice of Borrowing (or, in the case of an Ancillary Advance, any applicable request under the Ancillary Facility in respect thereof), and with respect to any Letter of Credit, the Senior A Facility Agent and the Issuer shall have received a duly executed Letter of Credit Request.
Request for Borrowing or Issuance of Letter of Credit. With respect to (i) the Term Loans, the Term Facility Agent shall have received a duly executed Notice of Borrowing, (ii) any Revolving Loan, the Revolving Facility Agent shall have received a duly executed Notice of Borrowing, (iii) any Swing Loan, the Revolving Facility Agent shall have received a duly executed Swing Loan Request and (iv) any Letter of Credit, the Administrative Agent and the Issuer shall have received a duly executed Letter of Credit Request, in each case, dated on or before such date.
Request for Borrowing or Issuance of Letter of Credit. With respect to any borrowing of a Revolving Loan, the Agent shall have received from the Borrowing Agent or the applicable Borrower, as the case may be, a duly executed Notice of Borrowing as provided in Article III, or with respect to any Letter of Credit, the Agent and the Issuing Bank shall have received a duly executed request for a Letter of Credit as provided in Article V.
Request for Borrowing or Issuance of Letter of Credit. With respect to any Loan, the Administrative Agent shall have received a duly executed Notice of Borrowing (or, in the case of Swing Loans, a duly executed Swing Loan Request), and, with respect to any Letter of Credit, the Administrative Agent and the Issuer shall have received a duly executed Letter of Credit Request which, in each case, if the Existing Indenture is in effect at the time of such proposed Borrowing or Issuance, if requested by the Administrative Agent, shall include a schedule in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent containing calculations CREDIT AGREEMENT U.S. CONCRETE, INC. indicating that the Existing Indenture Condition will be satisfied as of the date of such proposed Borrowing or Issuance, together with any such supporting details as may be reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent in respect of such calculations.
