Request for Enhancement. A. Customer may request a feature by providing a description of the feature sufficient to enable FAS to determine whether it is a generic feature, special enhancement or proprietary enhancement. Customer will clearly state whether it regards such enhancement as proprietary.
Request for Enhancement. HP proposed changes and enhancement requests will be reviewed, as appropriate, by the Software Steering Committee and/or the Hardware Engineering core teams of Supplier.   • Request for Extension The Borrower may, by notice to the Administrative Agent (who shall promptly notify the Lenders) not earlier than 60 days and not later than 30 days prior to each anniversary of the date of this Agreement (each such date, an “Extension Date”), request that each Lender extend such Lender’s Maturity Date to the date that is one year after the Maturity Date then in effect for such Lender (the “Existing Maturity Date”).

  • Request for Review Within sixty (60) days after receiving notice from the Plan Administrator that a claim has been denied (in part or all of the claim), then claimant (or their duly authorized representative) may file with the Plan Administrator, a written request for a review of the denial of the claim. The claimant (or his duly authorized representative) shall then have the opportunity to submit written comments, documents, records and other information relating to the claim.   • Committee Certification As soon as reasonably practical following the end of the Performance Period, the Committee shall review the results for the Performance Period and certify those results in writing to the Board. No Performance Units or DERs shall be paid prior to the Committee’s certification. However, Committee certification shall not apply in the event of a Change of Control.

Landlord may condition its consent to any proposed Sublease or Assignment on both (x) the construction of Required Sublease Improvements, and (y) a requirement that funds sufficient, in Landlord’s reasonable judgment, to cause the removal of the Required Sublease Improvements and restoration of the Premises to its condition prior to installation of the Required Sublease Improvements upon the earlier of expiration or termination of the Sublease or Assignment or this Lease be provided by Tenant to Landlord upon Landlord’s approval CERTAIN CONFIDENTIAL PORTIONS OF THIS EXHIBIT WERE OMITTED AND REPLACED WITH “[***]”.   • Determination to Honor Drawing Request In determining whether to honor any request for drawing under any Letter of Credit by the beneficiary thereof, the LC Bank shall be responsible only to determine that the documents and certificates required to be delivered under such Letter of Credit have been delivered and that they comply on their face with the requirements of such Letter of Credit and that any other drawing condition appearing on the face of such Letter of Credit has been satisfied in the manner so set forth.

All references herein to “Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount” shall be construed always to mean the related Advance and (to the extent theretofore accrued and unpaid) any Advance Interest thereon, together with (to the extent it remains unpaid) any further Advance Interest that accrues on the unreimbursed portion of such Advance from time to time in accordance with the other provisions of this Agreement. That any amount constitutes all or a portion of any Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount shall not in any manner limit the right of any Person hereunder to determine that such amount instead constitutes a Nonrecoverable Advance.
