Request for Job Audit. All job audits shall be considered confidential information, and subject to review only by the individuals named on the form. After submitting a request for job audit, employees shall be notified of the procedures indicated at each level of the audit. Each Job Audit Procedure Form (Level 1, 2, 3, and 4) shall indicate the date and time of each meeting at each level of the audit.
