Request for Meeting; Agenda. The Union or management shall request such a meeting in writing two (2) weeks prior to the requested time for the meeting, specifying the items to be discussed. The Department and the Union shall exchange agendas of topics to be discussed at least five (5) days in advance of the date set for the meeting. By mutual agreement, the parties may vary the agenda.
