Request for Review. Within ten (10) business days of the receipt of notice of dismissal, suspension, or financial penalty, the faculty member may demand by letter to the Chapter and the notifying signatory, a review by the committee of his/her peers of the alleged facts resulting in the charges, all the evidence presented at the hearing, and the findings of fact and conclusions, with rationale, by the hearing administrator.
