Request for Quotes 9.1 Customers needing information technology staff augmentation services will create a Request for Quote eQuote event in MFMP Sourcing, each time they desire to solicit information technology staff augmentation services. The Customer shall issue a detailed RFQ that includes a term, service levels, educational qualifications and experience needed.
Justification for the Request The request for a supplemental funding for any of the above-mentioned programs should contain a justification clearly documenting the need for the additional funding authority during the current quarter. This documentation should be in the form of State accounting records or similar documents that will show the actual expenditures through the most recent month for which such data are available, as well as the State's most accurate projection of its anticipated expenditures during the remaining month(s) of the quarter. For either the TANF or the CCDF program, the State's justification should also include an explanation of the activities requiring the obligation and/or expenditure of amounts that exceed the normal quarterly grant award restrictions and why these activities could not have been delayed until the next quarter.
Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion - Lower Tier Covered Transactions (a) The prospective lower tier participant certifies, by submission of this proposal, that neither it nor its principals is presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction by any federal department or agency.
Daily Order Confirmation All Agreement purchase orders will be approved daily by TIPS and sent to vendor. Certification Differential Nurses who obtain and maintain a nationally 17 recognized certification that is applicable to the services they provide for the 18 Employer shall receive $1.00 per hour. No additional differential is allotted for 19 more than one (1) certification. Proof of certification must be provided to the 20 Employer upon request. The approved certification list established by mutual 21 consent between the Association and the Director of Human Resources is as 22 follows:
Answer Questions Contractor, with reasonable promptness and in accordance with time limits set by Owner, shall answer Owner's questions and provide Owner with requested Project information.

Quotations Unless otherwise agreed any quotation given will normally remain valid for a period of 30 days from the date it is provided to you. We reserve the right to withdraw a quotation in certain circumstances, for example, where the insurer has altered their premium or terms for the insurance since the quotation was given or if a claim / incident has occurred since the terms were offered.
