Redemption Requests means collectively, the Series A Redemption Request, the Series B Redemption Request, the Series B+ Redemption Request, the Series C Redemption Request and the Series C+ Redemption Request, and each a “Redemption Request”.

  • Interconnection Request means a Generation Interconnection Request, a Transmission Interconnection Request and/or an IDR Transfer Agreement.

  • Notice of Additional Issuance has the meaning set forth in Section 2.09 hereof.

  • Interest Election Request means a request by the Borrower to convert or continue a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.05.

  • Prepayment Notice means a notice by the Borrower to prepay Loans, which shall be in such form as the Appropriate Party may approve.

  • Mediation Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.
