Requests for Negotiations. 011 Unless otherwise mutually agreed, negotiations for a successor Agreement will begin no earlier than March 1 and no later than April 1 of the year in which this Agreement expires. Upon the request of either party, an initial meeting will be scheduled for the purpose of permitting each party to submit in writing all its initial proposals for negotiations. Thereafter neither party shall submit additional items except with the consent of the other party.
