Requests for Supplementary Information. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to make timely requests of the City/County for any additional information which should be furnished by the City/County under the terms of this Contract, and which is required in the planning and execution of the work. Such requests may be submitted from time to time as the need approaches, but each shall be filed in ample time to permit appropriate action to be taken by all parties involved so as to avoid delay. Each request shall be in writing, and list the various items and the latest date by which each will be required by the Contractor. The first list shall be submitted within two weeks after Contract award and shall be as complete as possible at that time. The Contractor shall, if requested, furnish promptly any assistance and information the Engineer may require in responding to these requests of the Contractor. The Contractor shall be fully responsible for any delay in his work or to others arising from his failure to comply fully with the provision of this section.

Requests for Supplementary Information. Upon request from the Commission or the Office, the Beneficiary undertakes to provide at its own expense and within a given deadline of twenty (20) working days, any complementary information, invoices or documents concerning the activities undertaken and the use of the grant awarded in the framework of the agreement. This information may also be requested on a sampling basis.

  • Supplementary Agreement The parties stipulate and agree that the escrow provisions in this Section 6(b) (Escrow Establishment) of Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller) and the Source Code Escrow Agreement and Proceeds Escrow Agreement are "supplementary agreements" as contemplated in Section 365(n)(1)(B) of the Code. In any voluntary or involuntary bankruptcy proceeding involving Seller, failure by Company to assert its rights to "retain its rights" to the intellectual property encompassed by the Source Code or the funds in the Proceeds Escrow, pursuant to Section 365(n)(1)(B) of the Code, under an executory contract rejected in a bankruptcy proceeding, shall not be construed as an election to terminate the contract by Company under Section 365(n)(1)(A) of the Code.

  • Supplementary Agreements II.13.1 Any amendment to the grant conditions must be the subject of a written supplementary agreement. No oral agreement may bind the parties to this effect. II.13.2 The supplementary agreement may not have the purpose or the effect of making changes to the agreement which might call into question the decision awarding the grant or result in unequal treatment of applicants.
