Requests. Client agrees to adopt a commercially reasonable policy for managing data requests from Designated Users and Employees, which policy shall safeguard the rights of such data subjects and respect the original purpose of such data collection. Client, as the Party which determines the means and purposes for processing Client Data, shall be responsible for receiving, investigating, documenting, and responding to all Designated User and Employee requests for inspection or erasure of Personal Data.
