Required Attendance of Project Showing. Two (2) Mandatory Pre-Bid Conferences will be held for clarification of any questions on the on the drawings, specifications and site conditions. Attendance at one of the Pre-Bid Conferences is mandatory for all Bidders. Bidders must be present prior to the beginning of the conference. Bidders must sign in with the Procurement Representative as record of attendance. Late entry to the Pre-Bid Conferences will not be permitted. Failure to attend one of these conferences will result in your bid being deemed non-responsive and rejected. Date, time, and location of the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is specified on the cover of the Proposal (Invitation for Bid).
