REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR OXYGEN CONCENTRATORS. The following documents, shall be provided to Chemonics for each model during the following stages of order fulfillment: Pre-shipment: ● When applicable, country product registration or import permit to the country of destination. ● Certificate of quality, calibration and inspection (Printed and electronic copies, in English, and translated into French, Spanish, Tajik and Portuguese language) ● User manual, detailing (Printed and electronic copies, in English, and translated into French, Spanish, Tajik and Portuguese language): o Specific protocols for operation o List of equipment and procedures required for cleaning, disinfection o Troubleshooting, calibration, and routine maintenanceService manual (Printed and electronic copies, in English, and translated into French, Spanish, Tajik and Portuguese language). ● Certificate of cleaning for oxygen service in accordance with EIGA Doc 33 Cleaning of Equipment for Oxygen Service Guideline, or equivalent for the relevant equipment, piping and instrumentation. ● Certificate of calibration for instrumentation including transmitters, analyzers. ● Process and instrument diagram. ● Operating and maintenance manuals. ● Equipment specifications. ● Pressure regulators and safety valve specifications. o Instrumentation specifications, including pressure and temperature gauges, temperature/flow/pressure transmitters, including oxygen analyzers, carbon monoxide/carbon dioxide analyzers, differential pressure analyzer. ● Performance test of the concentrators including certificate and testing report. ● Hazard review. ● SDS - Safety data sheets for the material used.

  • Required Documentation The AGENCY is responsible for ensuring that all documents required by this Contract are current and available for the COUNTY’S review upon request.   • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Customer will notify the Contractor and H-GAC promptly of any damaged goods and will assist the Contractor in arranging for inspection. The Contractor must file all claims for visible or concealed damage. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, deliveries must consist only of new and unused merchandise.
