Medical Certificates (a) An employee who has given the Employer notice of their intention to take paid or unpaid parental leave, or unpaid partner leave shall provide the Employer with a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner naming the employee, or the employee’s partner, confirming the pregnancy and estimated date of birth.
Payment Certificates 42.1 The Contractor shall submit to the Engineer monthly statements of the estimated value of the work completed less the cumulative amount certified previously.
Physician's Certificate When a female employee applies for pregnancy leave she must provide her supervisor with a certificate from her physician stating that she is pregnant and giving the estimated date of delivery at least two weeks prior to the date she plans to commence the leave. Notices; Certificates of Insurance All policies of insurance shall provide for thirty days prior written notice of cancellation or material adverse change. If the policies of insurance do not or cannot be endorsed to provide thirty days prior notice of cancellation or material adverse change, each Interconnected Entity shall provide the other Interconnected Entities with thirty days prior written notice of cancellation or material adverse change to any of the insurance required in this agreement. Each Interconnected Entity shall provide the other with certificates of insurance prior to Initial Operation of the Customer Facility and thereafter at such time intervals as they shall mutually agree upon, provided that such interval shall not be less than one year. All certificates of insurance shall indicate that the certificate holder is included as an additional insured under the Commercial General Liability, Business/Commercial Automobile Liability and Excess and/or Umbrella Liability coverages, and that this insurance is primary with a waiver of subrogation included in favor of the other Interconnected Entities.

Replacement Certificates If, on the date a Securityholder’s escrow securities are to be released, the Escrow Agent holds a share certificate or other evidence representing more escrow securities than are to be released, the Escrow Agent will deliver the share certificate or other evidence to the Issuer or its transfer agent and request replacement share certificates or other evidence. The Issuer will cause replacement share certificates or other evidence to be prepared and delivered to the Escrow Agent. After the Escrow Agent receives the replacement share certificates or other evidence, the Escrow Agent will send to the Securityholder or at the Securityholder’s direction, the replacement share certificate or other evidence of the escrow securities released. The Escrow Agent and Issuer will act as soon as reasonably practicable.
Digital Certificates The iOS Software contains functionality that allows it to accept digital certificates either issued from Apple or from third parties. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DECIDING WHETHER OR NOT TO RELY ON A CERTIFICATE WHETHER ISSUED BY APPLE OR A THIRD PARTY. YOUR USE OF DIGITAL CERTIFICATES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APPLE MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, SECURITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO DIGITAL CERTIFICATES.
Required Certificates Where the Employer requires an employee to be qualified to perform first aid duties, or required to hold certificates or licences, the cost of renewing the required certificate(s) will be borne by the Employer. Time spent at the course for certificates will be considered time worked and will be compensated at the appropriate rate of pay.
Class Certification Solely for the purposes of this Settlement, the Parties stipulate and agree to certification of the claims asserted on behalf of Class Members. As such, the Parties stipulate and agree that in order for this Settlement to occur, the Court must certify the Class as defined in this Agreement.
