REQUIRED INTERIM REVIEW. The purpose of the interim review is to provide an opportunity for the employee and his/her supervisor to do a “progress check” on the employee’s performance midway through the year and clearly communicate needs and expectations. This review will not be considered as either an oral reprimand or written warning in connection with the progressive discipline process. The supervisor and employee must both participate in the following process:
