Required Licensure. The CM/GC and all subcontractors performing any work pursuant to this agreement shall be licensed as required by applicable Idaho law.
Required Licensure. The Employer shall pay the license fees necessary for employees to maintain state licenses required by the employer. The Employer will arrange and pay for necessary medical examinations associated with the required state licenses.
