Common use of Required Notice Clause in Contracts

Required Notice. Xxxxxxx agrees to give prompt notice to the Grantor of any event that may materially affect the performance required under this Agreement. Any notice or final decision by Grantor relating to (a) a Termination or Suspension (ARTICLE XIII), (b) Modifications, Management Waivers or Term Extensions (ARTICLE XXX) or (c) Assignments (Paragraph 22.2) must be executed by the Director of the Grantor or her or his authorized designee.
