Required Notice. The Company must advise the appropriate Union(s) as soon as possible, and in any case not less than one hundred and twenty (120) days before the introduction of any technological change which the Company has decided to introduce. The Company agrees to discuss with the Union(s) the effect of such technological changes on the employment status of employees and to jointly consider practical ways and means of minimizing the adverse effect on employees displaced by such change. Such discussions will be held as soon as possible following notification of the Union(s) of impending technological change, and in any case not less than sixty (60) days prior to the expected date of the change.
