Required Permits, Licenses, Registrations. Supplier warrants, represents, and agrees that Supplier and all Supplier staff providing Services hereunder will obtain and maintain, at Supplier’s sole cost and expense, any and all approvals, licenses, filings, registrations, and permits required by the District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland, and/or any other jurisdiction where the services are provided, for the service of alcoholic beverages.
Required Permits, Licenses, Registrations. For Services including alcohol, Caterer warrants, represents, and agrees that Caterer and all individuals assigned to provide Services will obtain and maintain, at Caterer’s own cost, any and all approvals, licenses, filings, registrations and permits required by Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (“TABC”).
Required Permits, Licenses, Registrations. For services including alcohol, Caterer warrants, represents, and agrees that Caterer and all individuals assigned to provide Services will obtain and maintain, at Caterer’s own cost, any and all approvals, licenses, filings, registrations and permits required by Massachusetts state and any other applicable authority legal requirements. Certified Training: Caterer will require that all employees serving alcoholic beverages in completion of the Services have prior TIPS certified alcohol server training and provide proof of training at each function.
