REQUIREMENT OF CONTRACT BOND. a. Successful bidders shall furnish bond, simultaneously with the execution of the formal contract, to the State of Delaware for the benefit of the Agency with surety in the amount of 100% of the total contract award or as otherwise provided in the Special Provisions. Said bonds shall be conditioned upon the faithful performance of the contract. b. The bond forms shall be provided by the Agency and the surety shall be acceptable to the Agency.
