Requirement of Monitoring System. 1. The micro-module monitoring system should provide performance guarantee for the continuity of the normal operation of the modular data center. The system software should be functionally fully operational convenience, availability, reliability. 2. The micro-module monitoring system shall meet the requirements of YD/T 1104, GB 50348, GB 50174 and other related specifications. 3. The micro-module monitoring system should be open and should provide standard open protocol interfaces such as Modbus, SNMP, HTTP and so on. 4. The design of the micro-module hardware system should adopt reliable electrical isolation to ensure that the software and hardware of the system can not affect the safety of the operation of the monitored object under any circumstances. 5. The abnormal operation of one of the lower systems in the micro-module monitoring system should not affect the normal operation of other systems in the monitoring system. 6. The micro-module monitoring system should be able to automatically detect the faults of each monitoring module, sensor faults and whether the communication between each intelligent device and the monitoring system and between the monitoring subsystems is normal. Once a communication failure (including the hardware failure of the system itself) is found, the system should be able to send an alarm message. 7. The data accuracy of the micro-module monitoring system should be as follows: temperature accuracy is ±1 ℃, relative humidity accuracy is ±5%, current, voltage and power accuracy is ±1%. 8. The micro-module monitoring system should be able to provide a northbound communication interface based on a common protocol. The micro-module monitoring system should be able to classify the alarm information, have the ability to process the alarm in parallel, and deal with the alarm event according to the level. 9. The services and supports identified in the MCP as being provided by natural and community supports are being provided; and c. The quality of the services and supports received is adequate and still necessary to continue to meet the needs and preferences of the member and support the member’s outcomes identified in the MCP.

  • Vehicle Requirements The following shall be considered minimum Vehicle requirements. The Authorized User shall include supplemental required specifications for Vehicles specified in a Mini-Bid. Unless otherwise indicated, all items specified which are listed on the OEM Pricelist as standard or optional equipment shall be factory installed and operative. Vehicles delivered to an Authorized User in a condition considered to be below retail customer acceptance levels will not be accepted. Items which determine this acceptance level shall include, but not be limited to, the general appearance of the interior and exterior of the vehicle for completeness and quality of workmanship, lubrication and fluid levels, with any leaks corrected, mechanical operation of the vehicle and all electrical components operational. Product specified to be furnished and installed which is not available through the OEM shall conform to the standards known to that particular industry, both product and installation.

  • Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain Disclosures electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions, and hardware capable of running this software.

  • Inspection/Testing In order to assess Supplier’s work quality and/or compliance with this Order, upon reasonable notice by Buyer: (a) all goods, materials and services related to the items purchased hereunder, including, raw materials, components, assemblies, work in process, tools and end products shall be subject to inspection and testing by Buyer, its customer, representative or regulatory authorities at all places, including sites where the goods are made or located or the services are performed, whether at Supplier’s premises or elsewhere; and (b) all of Supplier’s facilities, books and records relating to this Order shall be subject to inspection by Buyer or its designee. If specific Buyer and/or Buyer’s customer tests, inspection and/or witness points are included in this Order, the goods shall not be shipped without an inspector’s release or a written waiver of test/inspection/witness with respect to each such point; however, Buyer shall not be permitted to unreasonably delay shipment; and Supplier shall notify Buyer in writing at least twenty (20) days prior to each of Supplier’s scheduled final and, if applicable, intermediate test/inspection/witness points. Supplier agrees to cooperate with such/audit inspection including, completing and returning questionnaires and making available its knowledgeable representatives. Buyer’s failure to inspect or test goods, materials or services or Buyer’s failure to reject or detect defects by inspection or testing shall not relieve Supplier from its warranty obligations or any of its other obligations or responsibilities under this Order. Supplier agrees to provide small business as well as minority and/or women owned business utilization and demographic data upon request.

  • Quality Assurance Requirements There are no special Quality Assurance requirements under this Agreement.

  • Software Requirements 7 Developer shall prepare the Project Schedule using Oracle’s Primavera P6.

  • Compliance Monitoring Grantee must be subject to compliance monitoring during the period of performance in which funds are Expended and up to three years following the closeout of all funds. In order to assure that the program can be adequately monitored, the following is required of Grantee: a. Grantee must maintain a financial tracking system provided by Florida Housing that ensures that CRF funds are Expended in accordance with the requirements in this Agreement. b. Grantee must maintain records on all awards to Eligible Persons or Households. These records must include, but are not limited to: i. Proof of income compliance (documentation from submission month, including but not limited to paystub, Florida unemployment statement, social security and/or disability statement, etc.); ii. Lease; and iii. Documentation of rental assistance payments made.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.
