Requirements Beyond Bachelor’s Degree shall be null and void during the term of this Agreement. It is further agreed that the year when this subsection is returned to full force and effect shall be regarded as the first year of employment for all employees covered by this Agreement for purposes of administration of this subsection thereafter. (The intent of the parties is to suspend the local obligation to periodically earn credits while revenue limits are in effect on the District.)

  • Bachelor’s Degree A four-year baccalaureate degree is recommended; however, applicants who complete a minimum of 90 semester or 135 quarter units of undergraduate study will qualify for admission. To be eligible to apply, the applicant must be on track to complete the required units through the summer term that precedes fall matriculation. Advanced Placement (AP) courses for the prerequisites will be accepted as long as the appropriate number of credit hours was received. These courses must appear on your official college transcript or in a letter from the registrar stating that the appropriate number of credit hours was verified by the program.   • CHILD AND DEPENDENT ADULT/ELDER ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR shall establish a procedure acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR to ensure that all employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement report child abuse or neglect to one of the agencies specified in Penal Code Section 11165.9 and dependent adult or elder abuse as defined in Section 15610.07 of the WIC to one of the agencies specified in WIC Section 15630. CONTRACTOR shall require such employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement to sign a statement acknowledging the child abuse reporting requirements set forth in Sections 11166 and 11166.05 of the Penal Code and the dependent adult and elder abuse reporting requirements, as set forth in Section 15630 of the WIC, and shall comply with the provisions of these code sections, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.

  • Events Beyond Our Control If an Event Beyond Our Control occurs and prevents Us from performing any of Our obligations under this Contract to any extent, then We are not required to perform that obligation to the extent and for as long as We are prevented by that Event Beyond Our Control. If such an Event Beyond Our Control occurs and We consider it appropriate to do so, We may notify You of the Event Beyond Our Control by any reasonable means, including by a public announcement.

  • Federal Medicaid System Security Requirements Compliance Party shall provide a security plan, risk assessment, and security controls review document within three months of the start date of this Agreement (and update it annually thereafter) in order to support audit compliance with 45 CFR 95.621 subpart F, ADP System Security Requirements and Review Process.

  • COMPLIANCE BY CONTRACTOR WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS/ EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY 6.1 In connection with the performance of the Services, the Contractor shall comply with all applicable statutes, laws, regulations, and orders of federal, state, county or municipal authorities which impose any obligation or duty upon the Contractor, including, but not limited to, civil rights and equal employment opportunity laws. In addition, if this Agreement is funded in any part by monies of the United States, the Contractor shall comply with all federal executive orders, rules, regulations and statutes, and with any rules, regulations and guidelines as the State or the United States issue to implement these regulations. The Contractor shall also comply with all applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Occupational First Aid Requirements and Courses (a) The Union and the Employer agree that First Aid Regulations made pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act shall be fully complied with.

  • Staff-to-Youth Ratio Requirement For all group activities the AGENCY shall abide by the staff-to-youth ratio range that is between the ratio established by its written policy and procedures and the ratio stated in Section 402.305(4), Florida Statutes. If the staff-to-youth ratio does not meet the minimum standard of care as stated in Section 402.305 (4), Florida Statutes, the AGENCY shall increase staff- to-youth ratios to meet these minimum standards. Section 402.305(4), Florida Statutes, states the minimum staff-to-youth ratio for on-site group activities for children five (5) years of age or older there must be one (1) childcare personnel staff to every twenty-five (25) children; for field trips and other off-site activities, Chapter 65C-22.001, Florida Administrative Code, requires one (1) extra adult, in addition to the on-site requirement. This standard shall be required for all programming paid for with funds under this Contract. The AGENCY will ensure that the staffing pattern is adequate and is adjusted to meet programmatic needs. The AGENCY shall adjust its staffing ratio to meet any ratio update required by Florida Statutes that occurs during the Contract year.

  • Happen After We Receive Your Letter When we receive your letter, we must do two things:

  • W-9 Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a properly completed Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) Form W-9. The purpose of the W-9 form is to document the SS# or FEIN# per the IRS. Note: W-9s submitted for any other entity name other than the Grantee’s will not be accepted.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ORDINANCE Contractor shall comply with the City’s Equal Employment Opportunity Ordinance as set out in Section 15-17 of the Code of Ordinance.
