Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. Construction Administration Services The Engineer shall perform construction administration services during construction as necessary. Such services shall, as part of the services to be rendered for the Engineer's established fee, include as much of the Engineer's professional services and the services of the Engineer's consultants as the State deems necessary for the well-being of the project and efficient prosecution of the construction work, but shall not include the Engineer's undertaking continuous on-site observation of the work.
