Common use of Residence Fees Clause in Contracts

Residence Fees. The Resident must pay one of the following fees (the “Residence Fees”) for the right to occupy a Unit during the Term. Academic Year 2021-2022 Option 1) $8,280.00 on or before July 5, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. or, Option 2) $8,480.00 payable as $4,240.00 on or before July 5, 2021 at 5 p.m. and $4,240.00 payable on or before October 31, 2021 at 5 p.m. or, Option 3) $8,480.00 payable as $2,826.66 on or before July 5, 2021 at 5 p.m. and $2,826.66 payable on or before October 31, 2021 at 5 p.m. and
