Common use of Residence Fees Clause in Contracts

Residence Fees. Residence Fees include accommodation from 8:00 a.m. on Move In Day as outlined in Section 3.0, until 24 hours following the Resident’s final first term exam in December 2019 or to the beginning of the Mid-Year Break as identified in Section 3.0, whichever is earlier; and from January 4, 2020 to 24 hours after the Resident’s final exam in April 2020, or 12:00 p.m. noon on April 18, 2020, the final day of the Agreement period, whichever is earlier. Residents who are offered a space in Residence on or after September 9, 2019 for Academic Year or Fall Term, or on or after January 13, 2020 for the Winter Term, will be charged a pro-rated fee and the move in date will be stipulated in a separate email from the Residence Office.
