Resident Provided Cart. Residential Customers may purchase a mobile cart(s) as provided in Franchisee rate schedule contained in Exhibit A (Base Fees) to this Agreement or provide their own mobile cart if the cart is compatible with Franchisee's collection equipment, and meets the specifications set forth in Subsections V.24.d-j (Cart Specifications) of this Agreement; provided that any Residential Customer who purchases his/her own cart shall be charged the minimum residential rate and shall be responsible for all maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of the cart.
