Common use of Resident Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Resident Responsibility. Resident is required to abide by the standards set forth below. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THE HOUSEKEEPING STANDARDS, INCLUDING REFUSAL TO ATTEND HOUSEKEEPING CLASSES AFTER HAVING BEEN FOUND IN VIOLATION OF HOUSEKEEPING STANDARDS, THAT RESULTS IN THE CREATION OR MAINTENANCE OF A THREAT TO HEALTH OR SAFETY IS A VIOLATION OF THE LEASE TERMS AND CAN RESULT IN EVICTION.
