Resident’s Duties Upon Termination. Upon any termination of the tenancy created hereby whether by Landlord or Resident and whether for breach or otherwise, Resident shall: (1) schedule a move out appointment in advance per Landlord’s request; (2) pay all utility bills due for services to the Premises for which Resident is responsible and have all such utility services taken out of Resident’s name as of the Lease End Date; (3) vacate the Premises removing all personal property located in or about the Premises of whatever nature; (4) make such repairs and perform such other acts as are necessary to return the Premises, and any appliances or fixtures furnished in connection therewith, to the same condition as when this Lease was executed, ordinary wear and tear excepted; (5) fasten and lock all doors and windows; (6) return to Landlord the keys to the Premises; (7) turn off lights and anything else with an on/off switch; and (8) notify Landlord of the address to which the balance of the Security Deposit may be returned. If Resident neglects to remove all personal property Landlord may determine at Landlord’s sole discretion what is garbage and dispose of it, then remove all remaining personal property immediately and store such property at Resident’s expense for thirty (30) days. If Resident does not claim such belongings within thirty days, they can be disposed of.
Resident’s Duties Upon Termination. Upon any termination of the tenancy, whether for breach or otherwise, Resident shall, in addition to any other obligations required by this Agreement or law:
A. Pay all utility bills due for services to the Premises for which Resident is responsible;
B. Vacate the Premises and remove all personal property;
C. Properly clean the Premises, including plumbing fixtures, refrigerators stove and sinks, and remove all rubbish and trash;
D. Make any repairs necessary to return the Premises to the same condition it was at the beginning of the tenancy, less ordinary wear and tear;
E. Fasten and lock all doors and windows;
F. Return to Lessor all keys, security access cards and devices, parking gate openers, AND garage door openers (as applicable to the Premises);
G. Agree to not disclose to any third party any information regarding any security code obtained as a Resident of Lessor; AND
H. Provide Lessor with a forwarding address to which the Security Deposit may be returned, if so entitled.
Resident’s Duties Upon Termination. If this License agreement expires or is terminated for any reason, Resident must return all keys and vacate his/her room within 24 hours, or within such shorter or longer period as the Residence Life Office may prescribe in its sole discretion. Failure to remove personal belongings from the Residence Hall will result in storage fees based on a daily rate of $25. After 3 days, any and all personal belongings remaining at that time may be dealt with as the Director of Residence Life deems appropriate. • The DCC Association reserves the right to authorize College/DCC Association staff or appropriate designees to enter any part of the Residence Hall, including Resident’s room and suite, at any time without prior notice. • Public Safety and Resident Life Staff may, at any time for any reason, deny person(s) access to the residence hall and/or require person(s) to leave college property • All residence hall students are responsible for the whereabouts, possessions and behavior of their guests when guests are allowed in the residence hall. • All person(s) entering the residence hall are required to present a valid photo ID and may be subject to search of person or property. • The Residence Life Staff will inspect suites on a regular basis.

(c) make such repairs and perform such other acts as are necessary to return the Premises, and any appliances or fixtures furnished in connection therewith, to same condition as when this Lease was executed, ordinary wear and tear excluded
(d) fasten and lock all doors and windows;
(e) return to Landlord the keys to the Premises;
(f) turn off lights and anything else with an on/off switch; and
(g) notify Landlord of the address to which the balance of the Security Deposit may be returned. If Resident neglects to remove all personal property, Landlord will dispose of it at Resident’s expense.

If this License agreement expires or is terminated for any reason, Resident must return all keys and vacate his/her room within 48 hours, or within such shorter or longer period as the Residence Life Office may prescribe in its sole discretion. Any and all personal belongings remaining at that time may be dealt with as the Director of Residence Life deems appropriate.

(c) make such repairs and perform such other acts as are necessary to return the Premises, and any appliances or fixtures furnished in connection therewith, to same condition as when this Lease was executed, ordinary wear and tear excluded
(d) fasten and lock all doors and windows;
(e) return to Landlord the keys to the Premises;
(f) turn off lights and anything else with an on/off switch; and notify Landlord of the address to which the balance of the Security Deposit may be returned. If Resident neglects to remove all personal property, Landlord will dispose of it at Resident’s expense.
Resident’s Duties Upon Termination. Upon any Termination RESIDENT shall, in addition to any other obligations required by this Agreement or law:
A. Properly clean the Premises, including plumbing fixtures, refrigerators, stove and sinks, and remove all rubbish/trash;
B. Make any repairs necessary to return the Premises to the same condition it was at the beginning of the tenancy, less ordinary wear and tear;
C. Fasten and lock all doors and windows;
D. Vacate the Premises and remove all personal property;
E. Return all keys to NC STATE;
F. Update contact information in the Personal Information section of the MyPack Portal system;
G. Cancel all utility services to the Premises for which RESIDENT is responsible.
Resident’s Duties Upon Termination. Upon any termination of the Residency created hereby, whether by the Landlord or the Resident and whether for breach or otherwise, the Resident shall: (1) pay all utility bills due for services to the Premises for which he/she is responsible and have all such utility services discontinued; (2) vacate the Premises removing therefrom all Resident’s personal property of whatever nature; (3) properly sweep, vacuum and clean the Premises, including plumbing fixtures, refrigerators, stoves, and sinks, removing therefrom all rubbish, trash, garbage and refuse; (4) return all keys to Landlord and (5) notify the Landlord of the address to which the balance of the Security Deposit may be returned. If the Resident fails to clean the Premises as stated above, Resident shall become liable, without notice or demand, to the Landlord for the actual costs of cleaning, which may be deducted from the Security Deposit.
Resident’s Duties Upon Termination. Upon any termination of the residency created hereby, whether by the Landlord or the Resident and whether for breach or otherwise, the Resident shall:
(1) pay all utility bills due for services to the Premises for which he is responsible and have all such utility services disconnected;
(2) vacate the Premises removing all Resident’s personal property of whatever nature;
(3) properly sweep and clean the Premises, including plumbing fixtures, refrigerators, stoves and sinks, removing all rubbish, trash, garbage and refuse;
(4) make such repairs and perform such other acts as are necessary to return the Premises, and any appliances or fixtures furnished in connection therewith, in the same condition as when Resident took possession of the Premises; however, Resident shall not be responsible for ordinary wear and tear;
(5) fasten and lock all doors and windows securely;
(6) return to the Landlord all keys and remote operating devices to the Premises, appliances and fixtures as herein provided, Resident shall become liable, without notice or demand, to the Landlord for a cleaning fee. Such fee shall:
(i) reflect the actual costs of cleaning (over and above ordinary wear and tear) and,
(ii) be deducted from the Resident Security Deposit.
Resident’s Duties Upon Termination. Upon any termination of the tenancy, whether for breach or otherwise, Resident shall,

e. Fasten and lock all doors and windows;
f. Return all keys to Lessor; and
g. Provide Lessor with a forwarding address and phone number.
