Resignation and Job Abandonment. 25.4.1 Employees shall give thirty (30) calendar days’ notice of resignation. An Employee who fails to give such notice shall be struck from the payroll effective the date he/she absents himself/herself without leave. 25.4.2 Any unexplained absence of three (3) working days or more shall be considered job abandonment unless justification can be demonstrated.
