RESIGNATION AND RELEASE FROM CONTRACT. Resignation from a position will be made in writing, to the superintendent, stating the reason for resigning. All resignations should be made on or before June 30 of each school year. After June 30, requests for release from contract shall be considered contingent upon finding a suitable replacement. Requests to be released from a contract during the contracted year shall be considered contingent upon finding a suitable replacement.
