Resignation as an Officer and Director. Upon any termination of Executive’s employment, Executive shall be deemed to have resigned, to the extent applicable as an officer of the Company, a member of the board of directors or similar body of any of Cedar Fair, L.P.’s Affiliates and as a fiduciary of any Company benefit plan. On or immediately following the date of any termination of Executive’s employment, Executive shall confirm the foregoing by submitting to the Company in writing a confirmation of Executive’s resignation(s).
