Resignation by the Employee Without Good Reason. In all instances other than a termination for Good Reason, the Employee may terminate this Agreement by providing the Company with one (1) months’ prior written notice, specifying the effective date of resignation. The Company may elect to deem any date prior to the date specified in the notice as the effective date of resignation, in which event the Employee shall receive payment of all amounts which would have been due during the remainder of the notice period provided by the Employee, to a maximum of one (1) month. In such event the Employee shall not be entitled to receive any further remuneration or payments of any kind or nature from and after the effective date of resignation other than the Mandatory Payments unless the parties agree otherwise.
