RESIGNATION FROM RELATED POSITIONS. Upon the termination of the Executive's employment with the Employer, for any reason whatsoever, the Executive shall immediately resign from any and all officerships, directorships, committee memberships and all other elected or appointed positions, of any nature, that the Executive then holds with any or all of the Employer and its affiliates.
