Common use of Resignation or Leave of Absence Clause in Contracts

Resignation or Leave of Absence. If an employee resigns or takes a leave of absence during the school year, and has worked at least thirty (30) days, a final evaluation shall be completed prior to the employee’s resignation or leave taking effect. An employee in the Formative Track who transfers shall take the employee’s goals to the new building if the goals are appropriate to the new position. New goals shall be written if, as a result of transfer, the goals are no longer appropriate.
