Resigning/Retiring Employees. Employees who do not qualify under Section 1. 37 above and who resign as of the last day of the school year and after having served 38 a complete contract year immediately prior thereto shall be eligible for District-paid 39 health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits through September 30 following 40 the school year of service. 41
