Casual Nurse is a Nurse in an employment relationship which is not regular. A Casual Nurse may be offered work as outlined in this Agreement. The Employer may offer work to a Casual Nurse at the Employer’s discretion subject to the provisions of the Collective Agreement. Once a Casual Nurse accepts a work assignment including a scheduled extra shift, a relief shift, a Temporary Position, a period of Stand-By or a Call Back during a Stand-By, the Casual Nurse is obligated to work.
