Common use of Resolution of Differences Clause in Contracts

Resolution of Differences. The parties agree to attempt in good faith to promptly resolve any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including but not limited to payment disputes, through negotiations between the contract managers for each of the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of initiating such negotiations, either party may request a dispute resolution as provided in the following section, "Disputes".
