Resolution of disputes and grievances. (a) Unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement, a dispute or grievance about a matter arising under this Agreement, the National Employment Standards or the matters as outlined in the letters dated 18 October 2012 provided to FWA in the Agreement approval process, other than termination of employment, must be dealt with in accordance with this clause. This includes a grievance about whether an employer had reasonable grounds to refuse a request for flexible working conditions or an application to extend unpaid parental leave..
