Resolving issues. a) Where another clause in the Agreement expressly provides for the resolution of a particular dispute the provision in that clause shall prevail over this clause. b) In all other cases of disputes arising over the application of the Agreement, matters pertaining to the employment relationship and/or the NES, this clause shall apply. Step 1: Any dispute will, in the first instance, be discussed between the Employee(s) concerned and the immediate team leader / supervisor involved.
