Resources 3.9 Zdroje. The Site agrees to provide all reasonable Study Personnel, facilities and other resources, as are required to duly complete the Investigator’s and the Institution’s responsibilities under this Agreement and the Protocol. The Site shall arrange for the availability of a study coordinator qualified by training and/or experience to manage all administrative functions at the Site (including, but not limited to, meeting with ICON’s or the Sponsor’s representatives at regular intervals) (“Study Coordinator”). Should a Study Coordinator not be available at the Site, the Investigator shall assume these responsibilities. Pracoviště souhlasí s xxx, že poskytne veškeré příslušné pracovníky studie, vybavení a další zdroje, které jsou potřebné pro řádné plnění povinností zkoušejícího a zdravotnického zařízení podle této smlouvy a podle protokolu. Pracoviště zabezpečí dostupnost koordinátora studie, který bude mít kvalifikaci získanou zaškolením a/nebo zkušenostmi pro řízení všech administrativních funkcí na pracovišti (mimo jiné včetně pravidelných setkání se zástupci společnosti ICON či zadavatele) („koordinátor studie“). Pokud není koordinátor studie na pracovišti k dispozici, tyto úkoly převezme zkoušející.
