Institution, Investigator, (and Study Personnel) shall not acquire any rights of any kind whatsoever with respect to the Investigational Product(s) or such Information as a result of performance under this Agreement or otherwise.
Institution, Investigator, and Study Personnel, shall not be considered employees or agents of CRO and, as such, shall not be entitled to any benefits available to employees of CRO.
If necessary, Institution and Investigator shall obligate Study Personnel to perform any and all acts required to enable SPONSOR to obtain, secure and perfect said rights.
