Responses to Authority Inquiries. Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, Project Co will respond in writing to all written inquiries received from the Authority as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event within 10 Business Days of receipt of such inquiry or such longer period as the circumstances and content of the inquiry may reasonably require.

  • Inquiries Respond to telephonic, mail, and in-person inquiries from Institutions, Account holders, or their representatives requesting information regarding matters such as shareholder account or transaction status, net asset value ("NAV") of Series shares, Series performance, Series services, plans and options, Series investment policies, Series portfolio holdings, and Series distributions and taxation thereof;

  • Competent Authorities The Parties shall inform each other about the structure, organisation and division of competences of their competent authorities during the first meeting of the Sanitary and Phytosanitary Sub-Committee referred to in Article 65 of this Agreement ("SPS Sub-Committee"). The Parties shall inform each other of any change of the structure, organisation and division of competences, including of the contact points, concerning such competent authorities.

  • Review and Approval Documents specified above must be submitted for review and approval by CITY Purchasing and Contracts prior to the commencement of work by CONTRACTOR. Neither approval by CITY nor failure to disapprove the insurance furnished by CONTRACTOR shall relieve CONTRACTOR of CONTRACTOR’S full responsibility to provide the insurance required by this Contract. Compliance with the insurance requirements of this Contract shall not limit the liability of CONTRACTOR or its sub-contractors, employees or agents to CITY or others, and shall be in addition to and not in lieu of any other remedy available to CITY under this Contract or otherwise.   • Audit Authority The Section of Audit and Control of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic shall act as the Audit Authority. The Head of the Audit Authority is the Director General of the Section of Audit and Control.   • Necessity for Written Approvals All approvals and decisions of the Regional Water Board under the terms of this Stipulated Order shall be communicated to the Settling Respondent in writing. No oral advice, guidance, suggestions, or comments from Regional Water Board employees or officials regarding submissions or notices shall be construed to relieve the Settling Respondent of its obligation to obtain any final written approval this Stipulated Order requires.

  • Competent Authority Exchange of information concerning Competent Authority Requests is expected to take place between the Competent Authorities or their authorized representatives. The Competent Authorities intend to provide written notification to each other providing contact information (name, title, and mailing address) for each jurisdiction’s Competent Authority for purposes of the IGA, and to update this contact information, as appropriate.

  • Competent Authorities and Contact Points 1. Each Party shall provide each other Party with a description of its competent authorities and their division of responsibilities.

  • PROPER AUTHORITY Each Party represents and warrants that the person executing this Contract on its behalf has full power and authority to enter into this Contract.

  • Responses Data Controller will be solely responsible for responding to any Data Subject Requests, provided that Data Processor shall reasonably cooperate with the Data Controller to respond to Data Subject Requests to the extent Data Controller is unable to fulfill such Data Subject Requests using the functionality in the Subscription Service. Data Processor will instruct the Data Subject to contact the Customer in the event Data Processor receives a Data Subject Request directly.
