Responsibilities of GoTriangle. (1) GoTriangle, as administrator of the Triangle Tax District, shall have the responsibilities and duties as set forth in the Governance XXX, including appropriating funds from the FY 2024 Triangle Tax District Capital Ordinance in accordance with the Governance XXX. The specific appropriation and approved project budgets are further detailed in Exhibit A and in the FY 2024 Wake Transit Work Plan.
