Responsibility 35. 1.1.1 The Contractor shall be fully responsible for the transportation and insurance of all the materials to the Site, including for the payment of all transportation and handling costs and expenses. 35.1.1.2 It is acknowledged by the Contractor that the responsibilities for transportation set out in this Clause are included in the Contract Price. 35.2 All the materials arriving at the Site shall be promptly received, unloaded, transported and stored in the storage spaces by the Contractor. Such materials shall be used by the Contractor for performance of the Services under this Contract. 35.3 Contractor shall be solely responsible for any shortage or damage in handling and/or in storage and use of the materials at the Site. 35.4 The Contractor shall maintain an accurate and exhaustive record detailing out the list of all the materials received by it for the purposes of use in performing the Services and shall keep such records open for the inspection of the Owner. 35.5 If the materials belonging to the Contractor are stored in areas other than those earmarked for it, the Owner will have the right to get it moved to the area earmarked for the Contractor at the Contractor's cost. 36.0

  • Responsibility Pay (a) An employee who is designated in writing to relieve the Director of Care, shall be paid ten dollars ($10.00) per shift for each shift so worked, in addition to her regular rate of pay.

  • CAISO Responsibility The Parties acknowledge that the CAISO is responsible for the efficient use and reliable operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid consistent with achievement of planning and Operating Reserve criteria no less stringent than those established by the Western Electricity Coordinating Council and the North American Electric Reliability Corporation and further acknowledges that the CAISO may not be able to satisfy fully these responsibilities if the Participating Generator fails to fully comply with all of its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Responsibility of Contractor a. Contractor shall be held strictly responsible for the proper performance of all work covered by the Contract Documents, including all work performed by Subcontractors. All work performed under this Contract shall comply in every respect to the rules and regulations of all agencies having jurisdiction over the Project or any part thereof.

  • Academic Responsibility Academic freedom is accompanied by the corresponding responsibility:

  • Responsibility For each approved Project, the Contractor shall be responsible for all Work assigned under the Work Order. Multiple Work Orders may be issued during the term of this Contract, all of which will be in writing and signed by the Parties. Each Work Order will include a scope of Services; a list of tasks required; a time schedule; a list of Deliverables, if any; a detailed Project budget; and any other information or special conditions as may be necessary for the Work assigned.

  • Joint Responsibility If the Seller determines that the Interface Problem is attributable partially to the design of a Warranted Part and partially to the design of any Supplier Part, the Seller will, if so requested by the Buyer, seek a solution to the Interface Problem through cooperative efforts of the Seller and any Supplier involved. The Seller will promptly advise the Buyer of such corrective action as may be proposed by the Seller and any such Supplier. Such proposal will be consistent with any then existing obligations of the Seller hereunder and of any such Supplier towards the Buyer. Such corrective action, unless reasonably rejected by the Buyer, will constitute full satisfaction of any claim the Buyer may have against either the Seller or any such Supplier with respect to such Interface Problem.

  • Repair Responsibility Builder will repair only cracks exceeding 1/8 inch in width, one time only, during the first year of the Limited Warranty period.

  • Teacher Responsibility The Board and the Association acknowledge that a teacher's primary responsibility is to teach and that support personnel and volunteers shall be used to assist with and reduce teachers' non-instructional responsibilities. The Board and the Association agree that, in order to encourage the efficient use of time and to conserve paper, paperwork required of teachers should be kept to a minimum.

  • Cost Responsibility Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for and shall pay upon demand all Costs associated with the interconnection of the Customer Facility as specified in the Tariff. These Costs may include, but are not limited to, an Attachment Facilities charge, a Local Upgrades charge, a Network Upgrades charge and other charges. A description of the facilities required and an estimate of the Costs of these facilities are included in Sections 3.0 and 4.0 of the Specifications to this ISA.
