Responsibility for actions to increase FFR. In case of a shortage on FFR, the TSOs with a FFR deficit will take the ownership of the issue. All TSOs – coordinated by the synchronous area monitor - are responsible to propose and take actions in case of insufficient FFR in the Nordic synchronous area.
