Responsibility for Costs of Notices and Translation. (1) Siskinds LLP shall pay the costs of the notices required by Section 10 and any costs of translation required by Section 14.11 from the Trust Account, as they become due. Subject to Section 5.3, the Releasees shall not have any responsibility for the costs of the notices or translation.
