Common use of Responsibility for Trips Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Trips. A Flight Attendant is responsible for her/his original Trip pairing or reserve assignment until Crew Planning approve the trade request. Trades are deemed “approved” when the Flight Attendant obtains written confirmation from Crew Planning. Upon approval, the Scheduling Department will make the change to the AIMS Crew Schedule and the Flight Attendant will be responsible for any Trip pairing or reserve assignment added to her/his schedule as a result of the trade.
