Uncovered Flying. 1. Open Time Process a. Open Time consists of all Trip Pairings and Reserve Days that become known after the Bid Lines are published or become uncovered after the Bid Lines are awarded. b. When an Open Time assignment becomes available, the Company shall make every effort, when economically practicable to award/assign in the following order: i. Assigned to a qualified Flight Attendant on Reserve status; then ii. Awarded to a qualified Flight Attendant with no scheduling conflicts who volunteers for Open Time ("Will Fly List") in accordance with subsection 3, below. In selecting a volunteer from the "Will Fly List," the Company shall award the trip to the Flight Attendant whose geographic location and available Scheduled Duty Days most efficiently and economically satisfy the demands of the trip. Where two or more volunteers are equally qualified by geographic location and available Scheduled Duty Days, the trip shall be awarded to the senior volunteer; then iii. Assigned to an available Management Flight Attendant; then iv. Involuntarily assigned to a Flight Attendant on a Scheduled Day Off as set forth in subsection 2, below.
Uncovered Flying. 1. Uncovered flying will include flying which is not included in bid lines, flying which is dropped from bid lines due to vacations, training, etc., and flying which becomes available during the bid period, such as, charters, positioning flights, sick calls, or other absences (e.g. jury duty, bereavement leave, leave of absence, etc.). . 2. Known uncovered flying will be posted concurrently with the final bid award. Bids for such flying will be accepted by telephone or fax until 1700 PHX time on the 26th day of the preceding bid period. Such bids will be awarded to legal and available pilots by seniority, subject to D.4., below. a. Uncovered flying remaining after the bidding process in D.2., above, may be assigned to reserve line holders. b. Remaining uncovered flying may be posted when its availability is known at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance. When posted, it may be picked up on a first come, first serve basis, up to forty-eight (48) hours in advance, subject to D.4., below. c. Uncovered flying not picked up under b., above, and uncovered flying that is not known seventy-two (72) hours in advance, may be covered by available qualified pilots who have placed themselves on a volunteer list in accordance with seniority, subject to D.4., below. 4. Awards of uncovered flying, whether by bid, volunteer, or first come, first serve, shall be in the following order: a. Pilots within the domicile where the flying is available shall have priority. b. Pilots in domiciles within the same hub, provided: 1) The Company shall not be responsible for additional compensation or expenses, including hotel, for travel to and from the assignment, except when xxxxxx assigned pursuant to D.5.b., below. 2) At the time of an award of open time, the Company will advise the pilot whether or not positive space transportation will be provided. If the Company does not provide positive space transportation to and from the assignment, the pilot may decline the assignment, subject to D.5., below. 3) The assignment, including associated travel, must not conflict with other scheduled duty assignments. a. Uncovered flying after the initial bidding process may be assigned to reserve pilots at Company discretion. Management pilots may be assigned shifts in accordance with Section 14, Paragraph B. b.   • Underutilization 4.6.3.2.1 Underutilization of Local Only Trunk Groups, Local Interconnection Trunk Groups, Third Party Trunk Group and Meet Point Trunk Groups exists when provisioned capacity is greater than the current need. Those situations where more capacity exists than actual usage requires will be handled in the following manner: 4.6.3.2.1.1 If a Local Only Trunk Group, Local Interconnection Trunk Group, Third Party Trunk Group or a Meet Point Trunk Group is under sixty-five percent (65%) of CCS capacity on a monthly average basis for AT&T- 12STATE or under eighty percent (80%) for AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE, for each month of any three (3) consecutive months period, either Party may request the issuance of an order to resize the Local Only Trunk Group, Local Interconnection Trunk Group, Third Party Trunk Group or the Meet Point Trunk Group, which shall be left with not less than twenty-five percent (25%) excess capacity for AT&T-12STATE or not less than fifteen percent (15%) for AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE. In all cases, grade of service objectives shall be maintained. 4.6.3.2.1.2 Either Party may send a TGSR to the other Party to trigger changes to the Local Only Trunk Groups, Local Interconnection Trunk Groups, Third Party Trunk Groups or Meet Point Trunk Groups based on capacity assessment.   • Accessibility Requirements Under Tex. Gov’t Code Chapter 2054, Subchapter M, and implementing rules of the Texas Department of Information Resources, the System Agency must procure Products and services that comply with the Accessibility Standards when those Products are available in the commercial marketplace or when those Products are developed in response to a procurement solicitation. Accordingly, Grantee must provide electronic and information resources and associated Product documentation and technical support that comply with the Accessibility Standards.

  • Transit Traffic 7.2.2.3.1 CenturyLink will accept traffic originated by CLEC’s network and/or its end user(s) for termination to other Telecommunications Carrier’s network and/or its end users that is connected to CenturyLink's Switch. CenturyLink will also terminate traffic from these other Telecommunications Carriers’ network and/or its end users to CLEC’s network and/or its end users. For purposes of the Agreement, transit traffic does not include traffic carried by Interexchange Carriers. That traffic is defined as Jointly Provided Switched Access. 7.2.2.3.2 The Parties involved in transporting transit traffic will deliver calls to each involved network with CCS/SS7 protocol and the appropriate ISUP/TCAP messages to facilitate full Interoperability and Billing functions. 7.2.2.3.3 The originating company is responsible for payment of appropriate rates to the transit company and to the terminating company. The Parties agree to enter into traffic exchange agreements with third party Telecommunications Carriers prior to delivering traffic to be transited to third party Telecommunications Carriers. In the event one Party originates traffic that transits the second Party’s network to reach a third party Telecommunications Carrier with whom the originating Party does not have a traffic exchange agreement, then the originating Party will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the second Party against any and all charges levied by such third party Telecommunications Carrier, including any termination charges related to such traffic and any attorneys fees and expenses. In the case of IntraLATA LEC Toll traffic where CenturyLink is the designated IntraLATA Toll provider for existing LECs, CenturyLink will be responsible for payment of appropriate usage rates. 7.2.2.3.4 When CenturyLink receives an unqueried call from CLEC to a telephone number that has been ported to another local services provider, the transit rate will apply in addition to any query rates. 7.2.2.3.5 In the case of a transit call that terminates in the Local Calling Area but in a different state than the call originated, and the CLEC does not have an agreement with CenturyLink in the state where the transit call terminated, CLEC must execute an agreement for that state if it is a state served by CenturyLink. In the absence of a second agreement, the transit rate in Exhibit A of this Agreement will be billed to the CLEC.

  • Technical Training The CAISO and the Participating TOs shall respond to reasonable requests for support and provide relevant technical training to each other’s employees to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid and to comply with any NERC or WECC operator certification or training requirements. Examples of such technical training include, but are not limited to: (1) the theory or operation of new or modified equipment (e.g., control systems, Remedial Action Schemes, protective relays); (2) computer and applicator programs; and (3) CAISO (or Participating TO) requirements. The Parties shall enter into agreements regarding the timing, term, locations, and cost allocation for the training.

  • Utilization Utilization shall be defined as Trunks Required as a percentage of Trunks In Service. 1 During implementation the Parties will mutually agree on an Economic Centum Call Seconds (ECCS) or some other means for the sizing of this trunk group. 4.6.3.1 In A Blocking Situation (Over-utilization): 4.6.3.1.1 In a blocking situation, CLEC is responsible for issuing ASRs on all two-way Local Only, Local Interconnection, Third Party and Meet Point Trunk Groups and one-way CLEC originating Local Only and/or Local Interconnection Trunk Groups to reduce measured blocking to design objective blocking levels based on analysis of trunk group data. If an ASR is not issued, AT&T-21STATE will issue a TGSR. CLEC will issue an ASR within three (3) business days after receipt and review of the TGSR. CLEC will note “Service Affecting” on the ASR. 4.6.3.1.2 In a blocking situation, AT&T-21STATE is responsible for issuing ASRs on one-way AT&T-21STATE originating Local Only and/or Local Interconnection Trunk Groups to reduce measured blocking to design objective blocking levels based on analysis of trunk group data. If an ASR is not issued, CLEC will issue a TGSR. AT&T- 21STATE will issue an ASR within three (3) business days after receipt and review of the TGSR. 4.6.3.1.3 If an alternate final Local Only Trunk Group or Local Interconnection Trunk Group is at seventy-five percent (75%) utilization, a TGSR may be sent to CLEC for the final trunk group and all subtending high usage trunk groups that are contributing any amount of overflow to the alternate final route. 4.6.3.1.4 If a direct final Meet Point Trunk Group is at seventy-five percent (75%) utilization, a TGSR may be sent to CLEC. If a direct final Third Party Trunk Group is at ninety percent (90%) utilization, a TGSR may be sent to CLEC.

  • Weapons We have a zero tolerance of the possession of weapons (sword, knives etc) or firearms (guns etc) in the Room, Building or Common Property. If You are found in possession of weapons, firearms or implements associated with their use in the Room, Building or Common Property We will immediately terminate this agreement and inform the relevant UNSW and legal authorities.

  • Load Shedding The systematic reduction of system demand by temporarily decreasing Load in response to a transmission system or area Capacity shortage, system instability, or voltage control considerations under the ISO OATT. Local Furnishing Bonds. Tax-exempt bonds issued by a Transmission Owner under an agreement between the Transmission Owner and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (“NYSERDA”), or its successor, or by a Transmission Owner itself, and pursuant to Section 142(f) of the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. § 142(f). Locality. A single LBMP Load Zone or set of adjacent LBMP Load Zones within one Transmission District within which a minimum level of Installed Capacity must be maintained. Local Reliability Rule. A Reliability Rule established by a Transmission Owner, and adopted by the NYSRC to meet specific reliability concerns in limited areas of the NYCA, including without limitation, special conditions and requirements applicable to nuclear plants and special requirements applicable to the New York City metropolitan area. Locational Based Marginal Pricing (“LBMP”). A pricing methodology under which the price of Energy at each location in the NYS Transmission System is equivalent to the cost to supply the next increment of Load at that location (i.e., the short-run marginal cost). The short-run marginal cost takes generation Bid Prices and the physical aspects of the NYS Transmission System into account. The short-run marginal cost also considers the impact of Out-of-Merit Generation (as measured by its Bid Price) resulting from the Congestion and Marginal Losses occurring on the NYS Transmission System which are associated with supplying an increment of Load. The term LBMP also means the price of Energy bought or sold in the LBMP Markets at a specific location.

  • Accessibility Supplier warrants that all Products will meet the requirements set forth in all federal, state, local and foreign laws, rules, and regulations applicable to accessibility of information technology for people with disabilities. Supplier agrees to use personnel trained and knowledgeable in supporting the needs of persons with disabilities in performance of Services under this Order.
