RESPONSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS. Independently plan work assignments and perform duties with a minimum of direct supervision. Work with engineering and in some cases fabricate and design with engineer’s approval where no factory drawings exist. Train and direct efforts of plant tradesman assigned to assist in the performance of the work Collaborate with functional personnel in own and other organizations to resolve problems and recommend solutions based on trades knowledge. Completion of an accredited trades training course or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired by means of practical experience. Demonstrated ability of basic skills associated with this trade.
